Class Description

Mambo

In this high energy class we will learn and create movement based on the great Mambo movement of the 1950's. We will use original mambo music like that of Perez Prado.

RUMBA

The Cuban Rumba is a predecessor of the modern day and internationally acclaimed, salsa. We will learn traditional movements while creating new movements based on the slow Yambú rhythms and the uptempo and athletic Guaguanco.
